Glamping holidays in the heart of North Yorkshire for families, couples and groups, book into Wigwam® Holidays Sedgewell Barn.

Your deluxe en-suite, heated cabin is tucked away in a secluded and quiet part of this idyllic farm, making it easy for you to forget about the busy working week and relax in peace and quiet.

We have ten en-suite deluxe cabins, sleeping up to 4 guests, and one en-suite lodge with accessible features, sleeping up to 5 guests. All cabins have their own private hot tubs and we are dog friendly (with one dog-free cabin).

Fairy-lights and bunting are provided with each cabin, which also include a kitchenette, dining table, two double beds, TV, toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave, cooker hob, pans, crockery and cutlery.

Outside, each cabin and lodge has their own picnic table for outdoor dining, fire / BBQ pit with a fire bundle provided, rustic seating around the fire and a hot tub. Marshmallows and eggs are available to buy onsite at the honesty shop.

There's a dedicated parking space adjacent to each cabin, ensuring the main site is safe and car free.

There’s a play area for the kids and plenty of space for a big game of rounders or a kick-about.

Cycle facilities onsite, private dog walk, pub within easy walking distance, local railway station 3 miles away at Northallerton, lots of great attractions nearby, and close to the A1(M).

Sedgewell Barn is a must for nature lovers with Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors National Parks nearby, so there are plenty of opportunities to get out into the great outdoors and explore.

There’s nothing quite like relaxing on holiday – and Sedgewell Barn makes everything easy for you to do just that.

Dedicated parking for one vehicle for each cabin. We have both an enclosed children's play area with swings and a slide as well as an open car-free grassed area where kids (and adults!) can run off some steam! There's walking route which are dog friendly.

Each of our luxury cabins are en-suite with toilet, shower, washbasin, kitchenette including hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, TV, dining table and chairs for four people, a fixed double bed and a double bed-settee. One Cabin sleeps up to five. All of our cabins also have outdoor, bubbly electric hot tubs. Each cabin has its own outdoor area with fire / BBQ pit, picnic table and tree trunk stools for a bit of al fresco dining!

Our site includes a play area, private dog walk and lots of country rambles nearby. There are maps inside each cabin to help you find all the local routes. We are in the heart of North Yorkshire so there's lots to see and do nearby, all of which are detailed in our online welcome folder.
