Moon Cocoon - a cosy tiny home made from an old train carriage. Includes a wood fired bath and a light spacious cabin for cooking. You have the whole site all to yourselves.

Located between the wild Cambrian Mountains and the secret beaches of Cardigan Bay.

The Moon Cocoon is a luxurious eco retreat in an organic hay meadow. It is a cosy and beautifully hand-crafted sleeping space with cedar walls, sheep’s wool insulation and a flowery sedum roof. An organic mattress and bedding give you the perfect cwtch.

Cook up a feast in the cabin’s well-equipped kitchen. Smoke freshly caught mackerel over the campfire or bake your breakfast in a handmade pizza oven.

After a day exploring the secret beaches of Cardigan Bay or the wild Cambrian Mountains, soak in a beautiful woodfired bath. A circular stone bath set in a traditional timber framed bath house made from branches collected and hewn in the surrounding woodland.

You will be totally secluded in a four-acre organic hay meadow with grasshoppers, an orchestral dawn chorus and red kites overhead. if you think you'll get lonely, get in touch about bringing friends along to camp with you.

The Moon Cocoon sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Within walking distance of an excellent village gastro pub 'The Hungry ram' for a tasty Sunday lunch or a quiet evening pint.

You will be only 20 minutes away from the seaside too!

You have the whole site all to yourselves. Soak in a beautiful circular wood fired bath in an timber framed bath house. Lounge about in the spacious cabin. With a kitchen, sofa, books, wood burner and board games. Make delicious pizza in the woodfired oven. Collected fresh eggs from the hens wandering about site. The Moon Cocoon is located in a wildflower hay meadow with loads of space to run free.

Everything is included in the cost of your stay. Have as many wood fired hot baths as you like! Help yourselves to as much firewood as you need to keep snuggly warm, We encourage outdoor cooking so fire up the pizza oven or get the campfire roaring! You'll can even collect eggs from the resident chickens that wander the site.

We run our site as environmentally sensitive as possible. The wood fired bath heats up really quickly. Our site is off grid with power generated sun. The sun also heats your showers. We have a super efficient back up boiler so you will always have a warm shower. We're on an organic farm and we have made everything ourselves from local materials.

The Moon Cocoon is really well equipped with everything you need for a short break. Bedding and firewood are included. The only thing you need to bring are towels. Pack some outdoor games, beach gear, warm clothes, wellies and your favourite pizza toppings! Bring some of your favourite ingredients and they'll taste even better cooked over the campfire under the stars.
