Cancellation policy

Arrival time is 4pm with check out at 11am. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the date of arrival will receive a refund less the deposit paid at the time of booking. No exceptions will be made whatever the circumstances. No refunds will be given for bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival. No exceptions will be made.
