Middle Stone Farm offers 6 luxurious safari lodges, a cabin and cottage, all with hot tubs on a working farm located in West Somerset.
All the accommodation has hot tubs, private bathrooms, wood burning stoves, barbecue/firepits, hammocks and far reaching views towards the West Somerset hills.
The glamping is in three locations on the 30 acre farm and perfect for groups of friends, families and couples seeking to unwind and escape everyday life.
Stag lodge comfortably sleeps 8 people and the other 5 lodges sleep up to 6 in king beds, twins and quirky cabin beds. Each lodge has a spacious private bathroom with hot shower and flushing loo.
The well equipped kitchens have large wood burning stoves for cooking, electric fridge freezers, electric lighting (and lots of candles), large dining tables and comfy sofas.
The Deckhouse is a bespoke wooden cabin for a couple or family of four. It is in a different location to the safari lodges and has a hot tub, hammock and private veranda.
The family run working farm has friendly alpaca, pigs, free ranging chickens and rare breed sheep.
There is a farm shop on site from April to October, a playground, football nets and in 2019 there will be a pizza area.
Group bookings are welcome, there are activities to do nearby or on the farm. Around 45 people can be accommodated and a covered eating space is available for group bookings.
Middle Stone Farm is in a very rural location yet easy to get to from Taunton and the M5.
The coast is 25 minutes drive and Exmoor National Park is 3 miles away.
There is a farmshop open to guests staying here from April to October. The Stable Cottage has WiFi. The Glamping doesn't have internet but has a good 4G signal. There is a communal covered space for group bookings. Friendly farm animals to meet and lamb feeding in the Spring.
The farm is currently in the process of converting to Organic.
The kitchens are fully equipped (including cafetieres and champagne glasses!). We provide all the bedlinen, blankets and towels however we ask guests to make sure they bring wellies and warm clothing in cooler weather. Our accommodation has electric lighting as well as candles and lanterns.

The Deckhouse Cabin is a bespoke wooden cabin on our farm, it is fairly private and in a different location to our safari lodges. It sleeps a couple in a king bed and there is a bunk room for children. There's a private shower room, open plan living space with wood burner, dining area and sitting room. Outside is a veranda, hot tub, barbecue/fire pit and hammock. The Deckhouse Cabin is open all year round.
