An adults-only campsite offering cosy pod cabins with far reaching views and great access to the Peak District National Park.
Poplars Farm is a quiet, adults-only site with three glamping pods and room for 5 caravans/6 tents. Visitors love the far-reaching views.
Read moreThe site has 3 WCs and 2 showers, a kitchen with microwave, oven, toaster, washing machine and tumble drier. As the site rarely has more than 20 visitors staying in their own caravans and tents, these are not over crowded. We take pride in having a small, peaceful site where people can truly relax. These facilities are a short walk (20 metres).
In each of the three pods is a refrigerator, kettle, a TV and heater. For eating out, there are very good pubs in the village. For eating on site, there are barbecues by the pods and a microwave, oven and toaster in the shared kitchen. You could bring a camping stove if you want to cook outside your pod. In two of the pods, Willow and Ash, beds and bedding is provided in twin beds or a double bed. In Hazel, the dog - friendly pod, there is a double bed.
The owner does not have a video of their glamping site.
Carsington Water is a couple of miles away, providing water sports, walking, cycling, dining and much more. In the area, many visitors comment on how much there is to do, whether it be visiting historic buildings and sites, such as Cromford, Belper and Kedleston Hall, or visiting Peak District towns and villages or shopping and eating. There is also plenty to do under cover if the weather is inclement.
The prices include bedding for 2 adults in Willow, Ash or Hazel.
