Luxury en-suite pod cabins situated on a working farm in the heart of the Peak District National Park in Derbyshire.
Peak Pods are set in a peaceful site with panoramic views of the Peak District countryside.
We are only a very short walk from two of the Peak Districts most beautiful dales – Lathkill Dale and Bradford Dale, which meet in the pretty village of Alport.
We have 4 beautifully crafted en-suite pods – Rowan, Hawthorn, Chestnut and Willow.
Peak Pods are perfect for glamping. The feel of camping, with the comfort of your own facilities. They are perfect for couples or families.
Peak Pods have an integral shower room with heated shower, washbasin and toilet.
The pods have a super comfy fixed double bed and a large sofa bed. They have a small but well equipped kitchen area with induction hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.
There is a small natural woodland area right next to the pods that children can play in – perfect for a spot of den-making.
There is also a lovely living willow dome for children to play in or adults to sit in.
The pods are situated at Broadmeadow Farm, a 400 acre working beef and sheep farm.
The Peak District has some excellent family friendly traffic free cycle trails nearby. There are many attractions close by, including Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Heights of Abraham & Crich Tramway Village.
The nearby village of Youlgrave (1 mile away) has 3 good pubs which all serve food.
Each pod sleeps up to 4 people.
Each pod has its own stone patio with picnic bench, outdoor seating, charcoal BBQ & panoramic views of the Peak District. There is a large lawned area to sit or play on. We also have a small area of natural woodland and a willow dome to play in. The communal fire pit is in the woodland area - please note the surface of the wood is uneven & may be difficult to access for people with mobility problems.

Bedding is included for the double bed. Bedding for the sofa bed and towels are available to hire. Each pod is well-equipped with crockery and utensils. We provide a few basic provisions to make yourself a drink when you arrive. Logs, charcoal & marshmallows available to buy on site.

You can walk directly from the site to Lathkill Dale, Bradford Dale, Stanton Moor for the 9-ladies stone circle and to Robin Hoods Stride. There are many attractions close by, including Chatsworth, Haddon Hall, Heights of Abraham, Gulliver’s Kingdom & Crich Tramway Museum. Traffic free cycle trails nearby. The historic market town of Bakewell is just over 3 miles away.
Prices quoted are based on 2 adults sharing, see our extras for additional pricing. 30% payment is required on booking with the remainder 6 weeks before the stay.
Cancellations which we are able to re-let will be refunded, minus a handling fee.

Each pod has its own en-suite heated shower, toilet & washbasin. There is a comfy fixed double bed and a large sofa bed. The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, 2-ring hob and plenty of pots, pans, crockery & utensils. The pods have gas central heating electrical points, lighting & Bluetooth speaker system. There is also a dining table & 4 chairs. Outside each pod has its own stone patio with a Weber charcoal BBQ, picnic bench and chairs.
