Welcome to Ernest’s Retreat Glamping Site.

We are a family run site, based on a working farm ideally situated on the edge of the Peak District.

We offer quality glamping holidays and breaks where you can enjoy stunning scenery, local walks and all the countryside has to offer

We have 3 ranges of glamping pods suitable for couples and families.

There are 6 Rambler pods able to accommodate 2 adults, 8 Camping Cabins to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children and 6 Glampers to accommodate 2 adults and 3 children, one double bed and 3 single bunkbeds are provided within these pods.

All of our pods have lighting, power points, a heater and a kettle.

The pods are situated in a secluded field over looking stunning panoramic views of Derbyshire.

Beds are provided in the Glamper and Rambler Pods. In the Camping Cabins cushioned benches are provided for the children to sleep on however you need to bring a blow up bed or camping mattress for the adults. For all accommodation you need to bring all bedding and camping provisions.

Notes about prices

There are 3 different accommodation available and they range between the prices below per night: - Ramblers (sleeps 2) £40- £65. - Glampers (sleeps 2 adults, 3 children) £50- £75. - Camping Cabins (sleeps 2 adults, 2 children) £40 - £65

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made 2 weeks or more before the planned arrival date in order to qualify for a full refund minus a £15 administration fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival. A change to an alternative date may be possible in exceptional circumstances and depending on the time of year.
