Glamping holidays in North Yorkshire, Northern England
A small glamping site at an established working dairy farm in Nidderdale, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
About Little Seed Field
A small glamping site comprising five octagonal cabins, established at a working dairy farm on the edge of the glorious Yorkshire Dales.
A small and intimate glamping site established on a working dairy farm on the edge of wild heather moorlands in Nidderdale in North Yorkshire.
In establishing our site we have tried to retain the natural wilderness of the landscape.
The cabins nestle in amongst the boulders, trees and rushes that have settled and established themselves on the edge of our farmland.
We have worked hard to ensure that our wild deer, birds of prey and natural flora are disturbed as little as possible.
The site itself boasts stunning views of the Nidderdale valley. The cabins are secluded and peaceful, interrupted only by the grazing cattle or wild birdsong.
We have five luxury octagonal cabins with log burning stoves, two with en-suite facilities, sleeping up to four guests in one double bed and one set of bunk beds.
The centrally heated amenity building contains two wet rooms and a small kitchenette facility.
Here you can source water, use the toaster, microwave and kettle and wash-up your cabin supplies. We provide all bedding required, including feather duvets and memory foam mattresses and pillows.
On site there are facilities to make a light breakfast and each cabin has access to a BBQ and fire pit.
We ask that our guests bring their own cool boxes, charcoal, food, drinks and all the other little extras you would take on a camping trip – the closest shop is several miles away so be sure to bring supplies!
Car parking is kept a short walk from the cabin site. We provide you with wheelbarrows to transport your luggage along the footpaths to the cabins
We are located approximately a one hour drive from both Leeds and York.
Leeds is a vibrant Yorkshire city, packed with shops, concert venues and theatres.
York has so much history to offer that it’s hard to summarise here (the wall around the city and the Cathedral are a must) – both are superb locations for a day trip!
