The bathroom includes an electric shower, flushing toilet, heated towel rail and hairdryer.

The Hobbit log burning stove as well as background electric radiator ensure it is always warm, the kitchen includes an induction hob, microwave, fridge, small freezer and a toaster.

Bedding, towels, bathrobes and slippers all included.

Complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, milk, bread, butter and jams are all ready on arrival, as is a welcome drink of your choice.
