About Woolpack Farm Glamping

Three unique 'Studio Style' glamping lodges 'The Byres' & Four Mega Pods 'The Woodland Pods' located in the beautiful Eskdale Valley.

There are three glamping lodges available and four Woodland glamping Pods, which have been renovated to a very high standard.

The Byres:
Birker & Harter can each sleep up to 6 people - two cosy double beds with two singles over the top and Kepple can sleep up to 4 people, it has a double and a single bed with a small trundle bed which can be put up if required (only suitable for a child). Bedding is included.
They are fully heated all year round. They have an en-suite shower room with toilet & sink. Leading directly out of the patio doors is a large covered decked outdoor living space looking onto fells across the valley where you can sit and enjoy the stunning scenery.
You will have your own space, each studio is one good sized room with a well equipped shower room, then outside the patio doors is a covered decked area with a comfy dining area - the aim is to be able to enjoy the stunning scenery what ever the weather.
There is a space for cooking if you choose to bring a camp stove on the deck with a sink and draining area or you could choose to eat at the Woolpack Inn which is a few yards away.

In addition to the Byres, we now have four luxury glamping pods which opened June 2019.
The Woodland Pods are certainly a cosy and comfortable glamping experience with their own en-suite shower room, comfy double bed, kitchenette and a large double sofa bed, easily sleeping two adults and two children.
They are fully heated and open all year round. They also have the luxury of an en-suite shower room with toilet and sink.
Each of the Pods have their own outdoor space with a table and chairs and chiminea, so you can sit out in the evenings and enjoy the natural sounds of the countryside.

The are no cooking facilities inside our accommodation, they do include a small fridge and Kettle, along with mugs, tea spoons and glasses, there will be use of a gas or charcoal barbecue to hire.

As well as the accommodation, we operate West Lakes Adventure which provides outdoor activities within the nearby area. Pre-booking is essential. We also offer Bike Hire and our guests will receive a reduced rate for this. The large Gardens mean there is ample space to relax taking in the beauty of this spectacular countryside. Although Wi-Fi is availble, please don't expect fast speeds and for it to cover the whole site, there is enough to keep in touch with loved ones back home.

All bedding included comfy duvets, pillow, sheets and covers are provided, please bring towels and all your cooking utensils. We provide mugs, teaspoons, a small fridge and a kettle only. There is a a sink on the decked area with a small area to house a camping stove. We welcome disposable and portable BBQ's on the yard area but not on the lawns or close to the accommodation due to risk of fire.

Prices are per night and are seasonal rates dependant on the time of year, long stay discounts are available and special offers throughout the lower seasons.

Cancellation policy

Our standard cancellation charges apply based on the number of days’ notice of written cancellation prior to the start date of the booking. 0 – 14 days 100%. 15 – 30 days 50%. 30 days or more 10%. £15 admin charge for any cancellation.
