Description of Sunnyhill Glamping
Beautiful secluded small family run campsite with a nostalgic feel through vintage style accommodation & facilities.
As a family that loves camping ourselves, we wanted to create our own version of the perfect campsite in the Kent countryside.
We are located in a designated quiet lane (very ‘horsey’) and in walking distance (15-20 mins) to 3 pubs and a craft centre.
We offer 4 furnished bell tents (think hotel rooms under canvas) and 2 traditional gypsy wagons (one a bowtop and one a burton style).
All our glamping accommodation is accompanied by a covered dining area with gas or charcoal BBQ depending on preference, table and seating, mix and match crockery, cutlery and utensils.
We can also provide a breakfast hamper sourced from local produce.
We provide fire-pits for each and have logs and kindling on sale on site.
We have an open barn with straw bale seating and a large table for socialising.
The barn also houses the kitchen with large sinks, microwave, fridges, kettle and toaster.
We have a ladies shower and toilet room – Cath Kidston inspired wallpaper, watering can shower head and singer sowing machine sink.
The gents shower and toilet room has a more masculine feel with the sink fitted within an old whisky barrel and the shower head also a watering can.
Lastly we have a toilet suitable for disabled guests.
Our rope swing in the majestic walnut tree is always popular as are the garden jenga, connect four and snakes and ladders set.
We hope we always make our guests feel very welcome and greet all with a freshly baked cake and try to make our guests stay with us as enjoyable as possible
