Year-round family glamping complete with little luxuries in a truly tranquil farmland setting of 140 acres in rural Herefordshire.
Luxury, off grid, year-round family glamping in a truly tranquil setting of 140 acres of farmland in rural Herefordshire.
Hedgehog Hall is the thing that children's dreams are made of and the ideal glamping holiday to create beautiful memories.
It is a truly bespoke space to stay with intricate detail.
Laze in the Swedish luv-tub on any day, hot or cold, or snuggle around the woodburner in the hall on chilly nights, cook on the fire pit or just walk in the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the peace.
Accessed from a mile long private stone track, surrounded by arable farmland, boundaries of river, and a pond full of dragon flies, a plethora of wildlife (for which the owners have created a nature 'can you find me' game), living amongst the trees, there is no better place to enjoy Herefordshire.
The Hall is a luxury, bespoke pod that is the first of its kind; fully insulated with a cosy woodburner, a large double bed (easily converting to table and chairs), bunk beds with portholes complete this fabulous place.
Outside you will find a Swedish wood fired luvtub, cosy den for lazing in the hot summer days, bespoke outdoor kitchen with two ring gas hob and all the essentials.
There is the infamous wee-d house, a unique design of a raised compost loo nestled underneath a willow tree, an outdoor shower (gas and battery powered) and Kadai firebowl.
Shobdon Airfield is approx one mile away, planes will be flying over and children can complete the plane spotting exercise. Bring your binos!!
Hedgehog Hall is totally exclusive. You will have absolute privacy during your time here. (except during some farming periods, there maybe the odd combine or tractor passing but the owners will make you aware of this) You can park right outside the door if desired.
Hedgehog Hall is an eco warrior. There is no infrastructure, everything has been slotted into the natural environment. As much fire wood as possible is foraged, the outdoor lights are solar, compost loo, recycling facilities onsite too.
There is very little that you need. You need to be prepared for the elements, rain gear if you are heading out, bed socks for chilly nights (although there are plenty of duvets to keep you warm).
