Welcome to Byford Glamping!

We offer glamping at five individual camps on our family estate, set on the borders of England and Wales along the Wye Valley.

Each encampment is wonderfully unique with their own atmosphere and charm.

All our sites are hidden away in the grounds of Garnons estate, surrounded by acres of quiet woodland and apple orchards with the River Wye babbling away close by.

Come and enjoy a blissful getaway in the heart of Herefordshire.

Byford Glamping has featured in a number of publicatiions, including Countryfile (Mrs Higgs’ Cottage) and Pebblemagazine (Mrs Higgs’ Cottage and Maddle Brook Safari Tent).

The Fishing Hut has also featured in the BBC’s “Gone Fishing“.

Well behaved dogs are usually welcome, but please check with us first.

You will be met at a meeting point and then guided down to your camp. Parking is available nearby for winter months and you will be transferred in an appropriate vehicle, or you can follow if you have the car that will get there. You will be given a brief tour and then left in peace.

We are totally off grid, so fridge and lights are solar powered. There is no WiFi available.

Come prepared for an outdoor adventure! In wet weather, the paths to the sites can get muddy, so appropriate footwear is a must.

Notes about prices

Please note there is a two night minimum stay for all of our sites. For some holidays the price per night will change.

Cancellation policy

Cancel up to 5 days before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.
