About Dragonfly Lodge

Welcome to Dragonfly Lodge. A truly unique, one of a kind Glamping lodge. Hand built, family run and perfect for a romantic, tranquil escape in the lovely area of Grindale, East Yorkshire.

Dragonfly lodge is a one of kind, hand built, wooden cabin nestled away in the rural area of Grindale. Perfect for a romantic, tranquil retreat.

Inside the cabin you will find a hand built, bespoke double bed, a log burner to keep you warm on those chilly nights, a kitchen area with everything you will need provided. It also has a fridge, kettle and toaster.

The log burner has a hot plate provided if you would like to have a go at making a cup of tea in a more rustic way.

Outside the cabin you will find your very own rustic pizza oven. There is also an electrical hot grill.

You will be provided with plenty of wood upon arrival. The view from the pizza oven is of the pond where you can cook whilst looking out for some local wildlife.

When the evening draws in, the area will be lit up by solar powered lights around the pizza oven seating area as well as lighting the way to your very own private hot tub.

Toilet and shower facilities are provided across the courtyard. Towels provided.

Dragonfly lodge sleeps a maximum of 2 adults and is dog friendly.

Onsite you will have access to your very own private secluded hot tub. There is a pizza oven complete with an outside seating area where you can take in the view of the lovely pond and the wildlife that visits. The cabin is hand built, complete with a bespoke double bed, log burner and kitchenette with toaster, kettle and mini fridge. All logs, bedding and towels are provided.

As the weather in England can change quickly we advise you to bring warm clothes and rain wear just in case. There is a log burner inside the cabin and heaters but its best to be prepared. Also there is a very short walk from the hot tub, toilet and shower facilities so we would advise you to bring flip flops or slippers. We provide towels, bedding and everything you need for the pizza oven apart from the ingredients.
