About Woodovis Park

Woodovis Park is a small, safe and peaceful 5 star holiday park near to the ancient Stannary Market town of Tavistock and nestled on the edge of Devon’s Tamar Valley.

Woodovis is right on the border of Devon and Cornwall, so there’s plenty to see and do.

Enjoy great facilities all included in your glamping stay. With an indoor heated swimming pool, infrared therapy sauna and hot tub open all day, you can really relax.

Just a short walk away is a country pub, and we have a visiting take-away hog roast each week through the season.

With bread, croissants and pain au chocolat baked fresh every day, you can really enjoy an easy holiday.

Woodovis is set in beautiful countryside, just four miles from Tavistock which is a foodie and shoppers delight.

A lovely historical market town with lots of boutique shops and delicatessens.

If you enjoy the outdoors then Dartmoor is just a short drive away with plenty of great walks, and the treat of seeing cattle, sheep and Dartmoor ponies wandering free.

Woodovis really is a place to relax and chill out, but also makes a great base to explore the coastline of both Devon and Cornwall too… just an hours drive and you can be at so many different types of beaches.

Dartmoor and the Tamar Valley are great places to explore and enjoy the great outdoors… and of course, there are numerous great places to enjoy the perfect Devon Cream Tea!

Our toilets and showers are rated 5-star by the tourist board. Plenty of hot water and always kept immaculately clean, with lovely soaps and lotions for you to use. We also have a laundry room to keep up to date with your chores if you're on a longer trip.
