A traditional, warm Devon welcome awaits you at Parkland, a premier AA five gold pennant Adults only site. Open all year the site is set within three acres of mature landscaped grounds backed by Devon hedgerows abundant with wildlife.

Along with a variety of camping and touring pitches Parkland also offers a selection of Glamping options, some of which have private facilities.

Relax in a cosy cabin with rural views, and enjoy your own mini kitchen and ensuite facilities or why not try a stay in a cosy Shepherd hut with views down to the Estuary, you also have your own private mini kitchen and wc/shower Glamping pods are also available with private WC and mini kitchen. All glamping options fitted with quality facilities including beds prepared with luxury linens and sumptuous bath towels.

For the glamping pods without private facilities the site has high quality modern amenities, including gender neutral washrooms, easy access and disabled facilities. A vanity and hair drying room, coin operated laundry and a campers kitchen are also available. A licensed shop offers a variety of produce including local ciders, beers, dairy, bakery, and of course everyday essentials.

Set within the South Devon area of outstanding natural beauty Parkland is an excellent base for exploring the stunning area. Explore the market town of Kingsbridge, historic Dartmouth and Totnes and of course Salcombe. Why not ramble along the South West coast path, enjoy picturesque views and the fabulous beaches of Bigbury, Bantham, Thurlestone, Hope Cove and South Sands. The area offers an array of attractions, activities and water-sports or indulge in local produce in quality village pubs and fine dining restaurants.

For those touring the area a bus stop is located 400 yards from the site, this offers an hourly service to Kingsbridge and Salcombe.

Should you cancel you reservation within 28 days of your arrival all fees are non refundable unless we are able to fully relet the period you had booked for, this will be less your deposit, administration and additional marketing fees incurred. Holiday insurance is strongly recommended.
