Award winning Pitch & Canvas is a hidden gem nestled in the Beautiful Cheshire countryside. A quiet, rural, family friendly site offering a variety of holiday options waiting to welcome you to stay.

Nestled in the heart of the Cheshire countryside you will find the hidden gem of holidays and short breaks away award winning – Pitch & Canvas.

Guests can get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life and take a step back in time to a place of bird song and magnificent views to create lifelong holiday memories.

Pitch & Canvas cater for a wide variety of accommodation needs; from glamping in our pods or bell tents, through to spacious camping and touring pitches with or without electric, and cosy holiday homes, there really is something for everyone.

With plenty of space we offer a totally uncommercialised environment providing the peace and tranquillity nature intended.

Our quiet and friendly site is perfect for relaxing in the summer sun, or strolling the quaint and curious streets of historic Chester. You may want to explore the peaceful walks on the Sandstone Trail, followed by a coffee in the Cheshire Candle Workshops, a pint of local beer in the Pheasant Inn, or a trip to the Ice Cream Farm just down the lane.

The newly opened and highly praised BeWilderwood provides a great family day out as does Chester Zoo, Northwich Saltworks, and the many other attractions close by, not forgetting the beach just 45 minutes drive away or watersports park at Aldford lake, 20 minutes away.

By night guests can simply relax and unwind toasting marshmallows on one of our fire pits or perhaps sample some of the delicious food served close by in one of the local eateries or onsite caterers Apricot Blue.

Whilst quiet and rural we also offer a selection of events that run throughout the season, perhaps you'd like to try one off Kingdom's award winning gins during our Gin Tasting afternoon, or, how to cook the perfect steak with the renowned chef Brian Mellor. For more active fun we also have during the summer holidays paddle boarding and archery.
