Our yurts are situated in a rural location surrounded by a cherry orchard and overlooking fields and woods.
The yurts are made locally using oiled English oak, chestnut and ash. The slatted wooden ceiling creates a warm, friendly and light atmosphere.
The wooden trellis walls provide a secure feeling from the inside and the whole yurt is covered in a waxed cotton canvas.
Each yurt has been constructed around a raised wooden floor that is covered in rugs to keep it warm.
Sleeping up to 6 people, each yurt is beautifully furnished with comfortable futon beds, floor cushions and rugs.
There is a wood-burner to keep you warm and toasty, it’s a stove too so you can use it to cook up a feast.
The yurts are fully equipped with everything you should need for cooking and washing up.
Each yurt has it’s own handmade wooden table, extra storage boxes and a rocket stove for speedy cooking.
A selection of books and games are kept in the yurt for those evenings in around the fire.
Light your own camp fire or relax and explore the beautiful Kent countryside.
We also have composting toilets, solar lighting in the yurts, wood-burning stoves and an outside fire pit for cooking on real wood.
