Description of Botany Camping
Botany Campsite is set in the rolling Wiltshire countryside, an ancient landscape of beauty, with stone circles, white horses, and stunning scenery Wessex scenery.
Our campsite offers family friendly camping (pitch only), spacious 5m bell tent hire (sleeps up to 6) and glamping in shepherds huts or 5 m bell tents ideal for a family of 4/5, furnished with all the goodies.
Botany Campsite is perfectly located near the famous Longleat House, with its world famous safari park and attractions.
It is a brief car journey, a short bike ride away, or quite a long walk- about 3.25 miles as the crow flies from Longleat House, Safari and Adventure Park.
We are a small family friendly campsite offering pitch only, 5m Bell tent hire and glamping in bell tents or shepherds huts.
We are near to Longleat House and Safari Park, Warminster in Wiltshire, and Frome in Somerset.
Our campsite has 10 pitches which are ideal for glamping holidays, giving an intimate and cosy atmosphere, and we can look after you personally.
Our campsite is ideally situated for visiting Longleat House Safari and Adventure park, Stourhead, and within a 30 minuites drive of the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Bath and Stonehenge.

We aim to make your stay as comfy as possible.
All you need to bring is sleeping bags or duvets/pillows etc, towels, overnight bags, and some food.
We provide the rest. We think it’s a cross between a hotel room and self-catering.
We provide all your cooking and eating kit, cutlery, crockery, mugs, glasses. Gas cookers, BBQ / cool box with ice. Even salt and pepper and corkscrew.

We have composting toilets and a gents urinal. This is a very sustainable and low impact option. There is a basin for washing your hands.
