Description of Ty Parke Farm Camping
Enjoy glamping in a yurt at this peaceful campsite near St. David’s on the Pembrokeshire coast.
Welcome to Ty Parke where we have three luxury camping yurts available throughout the summer months.
These are all decked out with solid wood floors, wood-burning stoves, double beds, single futon beds, tables, chairs, rugs and wall hangings. In a word – amazing!
Each yurt has a separate, covered outside kitchen tent, with cooker, all utensils and picnic table. We prefer this to cooking in the yurt – which is what some yurt sites do. It gives you much more space and keeps cooking smells away.
For added convenience, the two hideaway yurts also each have their own private use dry-composting loos.
If glamping isn’t your thing, we also have ten camping pitches dotted around the farm!
New for 2014 we have installed a wood-fired pizza oven and will be having a communal pizza night once or twice a week up by the farm house.
There are about 2km of walks round the farm and we are about a five minute drive from our nearest beaches of Abereiddi to the north and Penycwm/Newgale to the south.
We hope to welcome you here one day!

Willow Bank Yurt
This lovely six metre diameter structure is just one of our three yurts.
It's tucked away in its own very private location, close to a shallow babbling stream. From here you can explore the meandering paths through this wilder area of the farm, or help the children have fun damming the stream!
Hand crafted by us from oak and ash, it has a wooden floor with rugs and sheepskins; a double bed; two single futons - which fold up to make comfortable day seating.
- Shared Showers
- Shared Toilets
- Washing Up
Probably some of the best campsite facilities you'll ever come across!
Explore the farm. If you're lucky, you'll see badgers, foxes, buzzards, barn owls, red kites and lots more!
