Description of The Lovely Yurt Company
The yurt site at Fell Foot Woods provides a perfect balance of close proximity to many Lake District attractions, whilst its privacy provides a tranquil glamping retreat.
The woodland is home to bluebells, birds aplenty, butterflies, deer, rabbits, squirrels, bats, owls and three Lovely Yurts.
Each yurt nestles in its own sunny woodland glade; with a secluded outdoor living space for picnics, BBQs or enjoying a campfire under the stars at night.
The yurts are styled with an eclectic mix of elegant antique and rustic chic.
A wood burning stove, plenty of fluffy rugs, blankets and cushions will keep you warm and cosy.
The beauty of a yurt is having the warmth, style and comfort you want whilst still being in touch with nature as you hear the wildlife outside and see the stars through the crown roof window.
Our yurts are fully equipped with everything needed including proper double beds, fridges and parking space alongside. Fuel for the stove is provided to get you going.
Facilities include a stream fed hot shower (a special experience), flushing loos and washing up area.
