Description of Cedar Valley

At Cedar Valley in Hampshire, we have 4 large fully furnished safari-style tents with comfortable beds, hot showers and flushing loos.

Each tent has its own bathroom facility: a log cabin located on the rear deck houses a flushing loo, a basin and either a shower or a free standing bath.

Water is heated by stoking a wood-burner located within the bathroom.

Swings, hammocks, treehouses and campfires can also be found on site.

Named after trees, each tent also has its own fully equipped barbeque area with outdoor seating and a fresh herb garden to make all those delicious meals taste even better.

We have 3 Safari style tents located near each other, however a distance from the original tent Cedars.

Cedars Tent will remain in a remote location- perfect for couples or small families who enjoy their privacy.

Beeches and Oaks are located next to each other for parties up to 12 people. However, if you need accommodation for 18 then Firs Tent is only a short distance away.

Set in heart of the Hampshire countryside which is now in the South Downs National Park, Cedar Valley provides a unique and luxurious Glamping experience.

The tents measure 9m x 5m and are erected onto raised wooden platforms which offer insulation from the ground.

Each tent has three bedrooms, a large double, a twin and a bunk room. There is a well equipped kitchen area with good surfaces for food preparation, a gas hob, a sink with cold running water and a small fridge with the essential ice tray.

The rest of the tent is an open plan living and dining area with comfortable seating, a good large table and a wood burning stove.

Communal Areas

Our very own Fire Shack - Allows campfires when the weather takes a turn for the worse.

A treehouse for children to play.

A Mongolian Yurt which can be hired out as an added extra making the Glamping experience that much more enjoyable.

Bedding is provided. However linen and towels are an optional extra - £8 per person, and beds will be made up and towels provided.
