Simply Canvas offers you a home away from home in their collection of tastefully decorated and spacious safari tents (35m2) complete with comfortable beds, fluffy bath towels and other creature comforts.

Lighting in the tents is solar powered and each tent has its own bathroom – with shower, toilet and sink – located just a few steps away.

The safari tents are spread over 5000m² ensuring enough privacy and each one has its own private veranda for lounging and relaxation.

Whatever your taste, there are three enticing interior design styles to choose from. One of the tents, along with its bathroom, is accessible for people with mobility problems.

Breakfast and dinner is served outside on long wooden tables or in the large stone cow barn, where you can also take refuge on rainy days. There is a comfortable lounge area where you are free to pick your own fresh herb tea.

For children there is a lot of space to run around as well as lots of things to discover on the land. There is a separate lounge area with large couches and a beautiful view. The swimming pool is shared and quietly situated away from the tents, inviting you for a refreshing dive.

Simply Canvas is located in St Jean de Duras, a small village situated in the Aquitaine region of south-west France, on the northern border of the Lot et Garonne with the Dordogne.

Located only 20 minutes from the famous town of Bergerac and 90 minutes from Bordeaux, the area is well known for its regional culinary delicacies and wine production.
