Dating back to 1674, Domaines les Gandins is a prominent country house offering a selection of self-catering cottages, a small campsite and a collection of safari-tents known as the ‘Openairlodge’.
Wonderfully spacious, these well equipped tents are especially suited to families with children, and are able to sleep up to 6 people comfortably.
Each Openairlodge has its own private bathroom nearby the tent.
The key words here are: authenticity, hospitality, and quality in the unspoiled countryside. Very much the real thing – no plastic fantastic!
Situated along the bank of the picturesque river La Sioule, guests can swim, fish or just read a book on the comfortable terrace at the riverside.
There is also the possibility to rent a canoe.
The Openairlodge is located in the Auvergne region with its breathtaking rolling landscapes and forests, high plains and its extinct volcanoes.
