Nestled in the silver birch trees around the lake in the grounds of the historic Chateau de Monfreville, you will find these two lovely roulottes.
The gypsy caravans are traditionally painted on the outside and newly decorated on the inside.
Each roulotte can sleep up to 5 people with a double bed, plus 3 single berths. The double bed converts into seating and dining during the day.
A bubbling hot tub awaits you or for the more ambitious, a natural swimming pond where you can swim amongst the lilly pads & frogs! Bikes are available along with a ping pong table and various other games.
Breakfasts can be organised upon request and an evening meal once a week of Moules Frites.
Children are very welcome to help with feeding of the animals of which there are horses, a donkey, cats, chickens, ducks, sheep and lambs plus Hector our golden Labrador.
Le Chateau de Monfreville is steeped in history dating back to William the Conqueror. It is a small chateau set in 20 acres overlooking a national park in Normandy.
The lie of the land is flat and great for cycling and walking.
