Accessible by a 45 minute ferry trip from Baltimore in County Cork, the Chleire Haven campsite is spectacularly situated on Cape Clear, the southernmost inhabited part of Ireland with a population of little over 100 people.

In addition to offering regular camping with a small amount of pitches, the campsite also has a selection of well equipped yurts and cosy tipis to choose from.

The yurts are all beautifully furnished with double bed, double sofa bed, kitchen area, wardrobe, rugs and beanbags. No need to bring sleeping bags as bed linen is provided.

The tipis come with slim mattresses, rugs and beanbags but you will need to bring your own sleeping bags.

Rich in history, Cape Clear has spectacular views with the campsite directly overlooking the island’s glorious south harbour. The perfect place to relax and unwind with your family or friends.
